If you're looking for adventure, diverse activities, beautiful off the beaten path lodges, and great planning than look no further. Endless Summer Tours put together a customized fifteen day adventure tour for me and two buddies that was simply remarkable. I've been to all around the world and Rhys and Anthony (the guides) made me never want to leave South Africa. Each day me and friends woke up, we laughed at how good we had and how we were on a incomparable tour. The tour had it all, from hiking, mountain biking, surfing, and jumping off a 555 foot cliff, to going on safari and learning about all of the diverse animals, topography, and culture and history of South Africa. Endless Summer Tours set a new standard for adventure tours, and I don't think I will ever find a replication of it elsewhere.

krugersunset4

This tour is designed for the traveler with a limited amount of time and wishes to fit in a trip to the world famous Kruger National Park. The Kruger is one of the largest conservation areas in the world and gives you the best chance to experience all that Africa has to offer. From the BIG 5: lion, leopard and elephant, to the endangered: cheetah and wild dog or the 507 species of birds, we guarantee you’ll find what you looking for!

Day 1

Lion Cubs

We will pick you up at Johannesburg International airport and transport you to the Kruger National park. After booking into your accommodation you will embark on your first small game drive to get your first feel of the African bush. The length of the drive will depend on what time we manage to leave the airport and how tired you the weary traveler is.
Accommodation:
We use accommodation within the Kruger at the rest camps. Comfortable rondavels with aircon and small balcony, as well as ensuite bathrooms. This is the accommodation in the average range, you can downgrade or upgrade according to your budget. Then of course there is the option to stay in our Private Safari Guest House.

Day 2

kruger11

Wake before sunrise to get a head start on things, this is the best time to view game as the nocturnal animals are still active and the other animals use the cool of the morning to move to the watering holes. After a few hours of game viewing your guide will find a comfy spot to stop and have coffee/tea and some biscuits. Take in the sites and the smells as you enjoy Africa in its finest! Move along before stopping for breakfast which is prepared outdoors at a picnic site,  with magnificent view of the surrounding bushveld. During the heat of the day relax by the pool or under the garden trees as you identify the many birds found here. Then set off on your afternoon game drive, again your guide will find a great spot to have a couple of sundowners and afternoon snacks, as you gaze over the vast savannah! Return to camp to freshen up before meeting around the campfire to share the stories of the day. Have a wonderful supper, again prepared by your guide in true South African style, on open coals and under the African stars. End it all off with a bush walk to try see some night creatures, with a nightcap of Amurula Cream liqueur on ice……

Day 3

Kruger Park

Start this day much like the day before, an early rise to catch the worm (or lion) and a four hour game drive.  You’ll drive to another section of the park for some variety and have a bush breakfast at a picnic spot along the way. After letting that all settle, carry on at a leisurely pace and find a cool spot to relax and take in the sights. Snacks will be served along the way, cheese and biscuits and traditional South Africa biltong. Then make your way back towards camp as the sun seeps and enjoy your last sunset in the African bushveld. Supper will be served under the stars again!!

Day 4

girraffe1

We’ll have a small drive through the park as we make our way towards the exit gate and hopefully get one last glimpse of something special.

Then it’s onto the airport to depart with some fine memories of time well spent.
